We use our own automations. Invoice retrieval, order tracking emails, and review requests run daily in-house using n8n.

With or without a machine

Two ways to work with us, depending on your data:

  • On what you already have. We install your automations on your existing hardware or server. You have nothing else to buy.
  • On an AI machine installed at your premises. The AI runs on-site, without sending your documents to a provider. This is the right choice for sensitive data: client, patient, or employee files. See our guide to the local AI server for sizing.

In both cases, the machine and the tool come from a single point of contact: we assemble and test our AI stations and servers in Auriol, and we develop the applications that run on them.

A price fixed in advance

We do not charge by the hour. For each project, we estimate the necessary work and send you a quote. If the project takes us longer than expected, the price does not change: it is on us.

  • Complete project, starting from €13,000 excl. tax: the AI station installed at your premises and the tool developed for your business.
  • Automation only: on the hardware you already have, priced separately depending on the project.

You know what you are paying before you commit, with no forced subscriptions.

  • Python for custom applications when a standard tool is not enough.

  • Voice transcription to turn dictation or an interview into text.
  • Document search (RAG) to query your PDFs, letters, and procedures in natural language.

Do I need to buy a machine to automate a task?
No. We can install your automations on the hardware or server you already have. If your data is sensitive and you want the AI to run on-site, we also provide the machine: it is our core business.
How much does a custom AI automation cost?
A complete project, combining the AI station and the tool developed for your business, starts at €13,000 excl. tax. Automation alone, installed on the hardware you already have, is priced separately depending on the project. In all cases, the price is fixed in advance by quote: if the work takes longer than planned, it does not change.
What can be automated in my business?
In general, repetitive tasks that always follow the same logic: drafting a report based on notes or results, sorting and responding to common emails, retrieving invoices, following up with a client. During the scoping phase, we will tell you what can be automated and what cannot.
Is my data sent to an online service?
That is up to you. With an AI installed on a machine at your premises, your documents and communications stay with you, which facilitates GDPR compliance. For non-sensitive data, automation can also rely on online services.
What tools do you use?
n8n to chain tasks between your software, Python for custom applications, and open-source AI models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen) for writing, transcription, and searching through your documents.
Do you work with clients all over France?
Yes. Scoping, development, and onboarding are done remotely, in France and Europe. On-site installation is available as an option.
What happens after delivery?
We remain your point of contact: support is provided by the team that developed your tool. Updates and new automations are subject to a new quote.
Do you also create websites?
No, that is not our business. We focus on automation, business tools, and AI hardware.
