"I'll find it cheaper on Amazon..."
For gaming PCs, that's rarely true. Amazon sells almost nothing directly: these are third-party sellers who pay up to 8% commission, which is passed on to the price. We sell directly, with no intermediaries to pay.

"I can build it myself..."
That's true, and we encourage you to do so if you want to learn. But if a part is defective, you're the one who handles the diagnosis and supplier return. With us, we do it.

"I'm waiting for the next generation..."

Do your PCs come assembled and ready to play?

Yes, all our PCs are delivered fully assembled, configured, and ready to use. Windows is installed and activated: upon receipt, simply plug them in to start using them, with no additional configuration required.

Is Windows installed and activated?

Yes, Windows 11 is installed and activated on all our new configurations, with the license included in the price. The components are up-to-date and ready to use from the first power-on.

Can we pick up our PC in person? If so, where?

Yes, of course! You can pick up your PC directly in Auriol (13390). Simply select "in-store pickup" as your delivery method.

Can I upgrade my PC later, for example, change the graphics card?

Yes, it's designed for that very purpose. Our cases and power supplies are sized with a margin, so you can change the graphics card, add more memory, or an extra drive without replacing everything.

How long between my order and receiving the PC?

Please allow an average of 5 to 10 business days between order confirmation and receipt, depending on the chosen configuration and your delivery location. If you opt for pickup in Auriol, the lead time may be 48 hours shorter: we will notify you as soon as your PC is ready.
