How do I buy/configure my PC for pickup on site?

    Choose the PC that meets your needs, then select the desired options using our configurator.


    Once your configuration is finalized, add it to your cart by clicking on "Add to Cart".


    Need help refining your configuration? Feel free to contact us; we would be happy to assist you.

  • 2. Let us know what you want

    During our conversation, tell us what you're looking for, your preferences, and your questions. There's no obligation to buy a PC from us; you can also simply ask us questions.

    • If the PC is in stock, you can come and pick it up whenever you want.
    • If you choose a customization with unavailable parts, you will be given the date the PC will be available.

  • 3. Recover your PC

    Once we confirm that your PC is ready, you can come and pick it up.

    • If you choose a model already in stock or a customization with parts in stock, you can pay on site.
    • For customization requiring specific parts, you will need to pay in advance, as special parts must be ordered for your PC.

J'ai offert un ordinateur de chez radiance a lon fils pour Noël, je ne savais pas trop a quoi m attendre mais mon fils est plus que content de son ordinateur , les performances sont au rdv pour un prix vraiment concurrentiel par rapport aux autres entreprises su secteur , bref je recommande a 100% , un envoi rapide qui plus est et un emballage super sécuritaire , je reste bouche bée quand au rapport qualité prix. The preparation time depends on the PC you want to build. It can vary from 1 to 10 days, with an average of 4 days. You will be given an estimate of the time before you place your order if you wish.

Can I trade in my old PC?

Yes, absolutely, just bring us your old PC when you pick up the new one and we'll make you an offer for the trade-in.
