We will send you a return label to attach to the package. Then, you can drop off your PC at a relay point (Colissimo or Relais Colis, according to the instructions specified in the email accompanying the label).
What is the repair time?
The repair time depends on the problem encountered and the period of PC shipment. The repair time can be up to 2 weeks, but in most cases, it is shorter.
💡 Good to know: The entire process, from shipping to repair, is completely free for all our customers. It is advisable to keep the original packaging in case of a return to avoid any breakage.
