Configurator: Which options should I choose?

By default, all our configurations are already well optimized. Unless you have a specific need or if you are not comfortable with the options and don’t really know what changes they make, there is no need to modify anything.

Note: all the options offered are compatible and will be assembled in your PC for ready-to-use delivery.


Here is what each component is for:

1. Case (the "box")

Role: to bring in fresh air and expel heat, protect and organize the components.


Key point: a mesh front panel and 3 fans make a PC cooler and quieter. The more compact the case, the harder it is to cool.

It is also the essential component that determines the aesthetics of your machine.

2. Processor (CPU, the "brain")

Role: overall responsiveness, multitasking (gaming + open apps), certain FPS in CPU-intensive games.


Key point: 6 cores is suitable for gaming; 8 cores or more provide comfort for heavy games, streaming, and longevity.

3. Processor Cooling (Air Cooling & Water Cooling)

Role: keep the CPU cool and quiet to maintain its performance.


Air (air cooler): simple, reliable, often quiet if the model is good.


Watercooling “AIO”: excellent temperatures, frees up space around the processor.


Remember: choose air if you want simplicity/reliability, AIO if you aim for a clean case and very low temperatures.

4. Motherboard (the "connection board")

Role: compatibility and scalability (USB ports, slots for SSD, graphics card, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, etc.).


Keep in mind: more comprehensive models offer more ports (USB, USB-C), better power supply for components, and often built-in Wi-Fi/Bluetooth. This makes future upgrades easier.

5. Memory (RAM, the "short-term memory")

Role: smoothness when multiple things are open.


To remember: 16 GB = current minimum for gaming; 32 GB = comfort (games + browser/Discord/stream). 64 GB if you plan to keep your PC for a long time without upgrading or if you have specific needs.

6. Graphics card (GPU, the "gaming power")

Role: FPS and graphics quality (1080p, 1440p, 4K).


Keep in mind: choose according to your monitor (resolution and refresh rate). 8 GB of video memory is a baseline for recent games at 1080p; for 1440p/4K, aim higher.

7. SSD M.2 NVMe (main drive)

Role: fast Windows startup, quick game loading.


Keep in mind: 1 TB recommended, 2 TB = plenty of space for several large games. The high “speed” numbers are mostly noticeable during file copying/installation, not in FPS.

8. Second M.2 SSD

Role: more fast space for games/projects, wireless.

9. Additional Disk/SSD (SATA)

HDD (hard drive): lots of cheap space, but slower and noisy.


SSD (SATA): quiet and responsive for your secondary games/apps.

10. Power Supply (PSU, the PC’s “electricity”)

Role: provides stable power and affects the noise.


Keep in mind: our configurator ensures that the minimum power supply is always sufficient.
If you plan to upgrade your PC later, it's better to allow some margin: choose a power supply with 100 to 300 W more. A more efficient (Gold) power supply heats up and makes less noise in most cases.

11. Wi-Fi & Bluetooth

Role: Wireless internet and peripherals (headsets, controllers).


Note: an internal card (PCIe) is generally more stable and faster than a small USB dongle. No need to buy one if the motherboard already includes Wi-Fi/Bluetooth.

12. Operating System (Windows)

Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed and activated on all our PCs. You can simply choose the language on our configurator.

Is the Radiance PC Aqua delivered ready to use?

All our PCs are delivered fully configured and ready to use. Upon receipt, simply plug them in to start using them immediately, with no additional setup required.

What to do in case of a problem with the PC?

From the moment you receive your device, you benefit from a 2-year warranty. During this period, you have the option to return your PC for warranty service.

How to request a warranty return?

Simply contact us and describe the issue you are experiencing.

How to return your PC?

We will send you a return label to attach to the package. Then, you can drop off your PC at a relay point (Colissimo or Relais Colis, according to the instructions provided in the email accompanying the label).

What is the repair time?

The repair time depends on the issue encountered and the period when the PC is sent. The repair time can be up to 2 weeks, but in most cases, it is shorter.

💡 Good to know: The entire process, from sending to repair, is completely free for all our customers. It is advisable to keep the original packaging in case a return is needed.

Can I return my PC for a refund if I am not satisfied?

Yes, you have 50 days after receipt to return it to us if you are not satisfied. Simply request a return slip from us. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the product.

Important: The original packaging is required to receive a full refund. If you no longer have it, please contact us.

Is in-store pickup available for this gaming PC?

You can place your order on our website, just like any regular order, then choose "In-store Pickup" as the delivery method.
