Where do you deliver, and do you offer delivery to pickup points?

At Radiance, we deliver throughout France and to many European countries, including Germany, Poland, Italy, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, and Switzerland.

Yes, we also offer delivery to pickup points via Colissimo in France only.

Are your PCs delivered ready to use and assembled?

Yes, ALL our PCs are delivered fully configured, assembled, and ready to use. Windows is installed and activated. Upon receipt, you just need to plug them in to start using them immediately, with no additional setup required.

What should I do if the product does not suit me?

If the product does not suit you, you can return it for free within 50 days. Just contact us and request a return slip.

There are no final sale items, so you can return any product for a refund. For more information, please see the refund policy.

Can we pick up our PC on site? If yes, where?

Yes, of course! You can pick up your PC directly in Auriol (13390). Just select "in-store pickup" as the delivery method.

What should I do if my PC has a problem?

During the warranty period (2 years for all our PCs, except in case of an extension), simply contact us if you encounter any issues. We will assess the situation with you and, if the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with a Colissimo return label. You just need to stick it on the PC box and drop it off at a relay point.

We will receive it within 48 hours and proceed with the repair, usually within 2 days. However, if parts need to be ordered, it may take longer (up to 1 to 2 weeks). Once repaired, your PC will be sent back to you and delivered within 48 hours.
