Where do you deliver and do you offer relay point delivery?

At Radiance, we deliver throughout France and to many European countries, including Germany, Poland, Italy, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, and Switzerland.

For AI Stations, we can deliver elsewhere upon request for a quote.

Yes, we also offer delivery to pick-up points via Colissimo in France only.

Do your PCs come ready to use and assembled?

Yes, all our PCs are delivered fully assembled, configured and ready to use. Windows is installed and activated: upon receipt, you just need to plug them in to start using them, without any additional configuration.

For our AI workstations, you can also choose delivery without an operating system, or with a Linux distribution, if you prefer to install your own environment. Simply specify this when ordering or when requesting a quote.

How do I get a quote for a machine or AI services?

For a machine, a customized configuration, or a complete project including the installation of your models, the connection of your documents, custom application for automating a specific task, or training your team, please use our quote request form or request a quote on one of our AI workstations. Can we pick up our PC in person? If so, where?

Yes, of course! You can pick up your PC directly in Auriol (13390). Simply select "in-store pickup" as your delivery method.

Can I upgrade my PC later?

Yes, and our machines are designed for that. We systematically dimension the power supply and the case with a margin, so that you can change the graphics card, add memory or an additional drive without replacing everything.

You can perform the operation yourself without losing your warranty, or entrust us with the machine: we will take care of the assembly and testing. Unsure about component compatibility? Call us before buying, and we'll tell you what suits your configuration.

What happens if a component fails?

You contact us directly, by phone or email, and we diagnose the problem together. Many cases are resolved remotely, without anything needing to be sent back.

If a part needs to be replaced, we manage the repair and the relationship with the manufacturer: you don't have to deal with the manufacturer or follow up on the case yourself. Depending on your situation, we arrange for the machine to be returned to our workshop, or you can bring it to us directly if you are nearby.
