Where do you deliver and do you offer relay point delivery?

At Radiance, we deliver throughout France and to many European countries, including Germany, Poland, Italy, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco and Switzerland.

Yes, we also offer delivery to a collection point via Colissimo in France only.

Are your PCs delivered ready to use and assembled?

Yes, ALL our PCs are delivered fully configured, assembled, and ready to use. Windows is installed and activated. Upon receipt, simply plug them in to start using them immediately, without requiring any further configuration.

What should I do if the product does not suit me?

If the product is not suitable, you can return it free of charge within 50 days. Simply contact us and request a return label.

There are no final sale items, so you can return any product for a refund. For more information, please see the refund policy.

Can we pick up our PC on site? If so, where?

Yes, of course! You can pick up your PC directly in Auriol (13390). Simply select "store pickup" as your delivery method.

What should I do if my PC has a problem?

During the warranty period (2 years for all our PCs, except in cases of extension), simply contact us if you have a problem. We will analyze the situation with you and, if the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with a Colissimo return slip. Simply affix it to the PC box and drop it off at a collection point.

We'll receive it within 48 hours and proceed with the repair, usually within 2 days. However, if parts need to be ordered, it may take longer (up to 1 to 2 weeks). Once repaired, your PC will be returned and delivered to you within 48 hours.
