Managed service providers: offer local AI to your clients, we'll take care of the hardware
Partager
You manage corporate IT, and one of your clients is talking to you about artificial intelligence. They want an assistant that knows their documents, but they do not want their files leaving for an online service. Radiance Systems provides the machine, but above all what runs on it: we develop custom assistants and automations, then we provide support for them. You keep your client.
In short. Radiance Systems assembles workstations and servers in Auriol (Bouches-du-Rhône) designed to run AI locally, and develops the associated services: email sorting and replying, customer support assistant, internal assistant, and custom automations. We work with IT managers and IT service providers in the Var, Bouches-du-Rhône, and the entire PACA region: you remain your client's primary contact, and we act as reinforcement for the AI component.
Why your clients will talk to you about local AI
A law firm, an accountant, a medical practice, or an engineering firm handles documents that they cannot send to an online AI service. Local AI solves this problem: the models run on a machine installed on the company's premises, and the data never leaves.
When this need arises, the client is not looking for a server manufacturer. They ask the person who already handles their IT: you. Sizing a machine with the right graphics cards, choosing the models, installing them, and maintaining them is a specialized trade. It is ours.
A server can be bought. What runs on it is our business
You know where to order a machine with graphics cards. What your clients are missing is someone to turn it into a tool that saves them time from the very first week. That is where we come in: we develop what the client needs ourselves, without subcontractors. On the hardware side, we also supply our AI stations and servers, assembled and tested in France, if your client is not yet equipped.
- Incoming email sorting. Every message is classified, labeled, and forwarded to the right person.
- Email replies. The AI prepares a draft reply based on previous exchanges and the company's documents. The employee reviews and sends it.
- Customer support assistant. It finds the correct procedure, customer history, or product sheet, and proposes a response.
- Internal assistant. It answers staff questions based on the company's contracts, memos, and procedures.
- Custom automations. Sequences between the client's software, small business applications, and document processing.
If a task is repetitive and follows rules, we can generally automate it. And since everything runs on the client's machine, their emails and documents do not go to any online service.
What we take care of
The machine
Workstations and AI servers from our CoreAI range, rack servers, and compact platforms like DGX Spark. Each configuration is sized according to the number of users and the targeted models, with one, two, or three graphics cards depending on the platform.
Installation
The machine arrives ready to use: models installed, chat interface configured, and user access set up. The client can use it as soon as it is commissioned.
Development
Email sorting and replies, customer support assistant, internal assistant, custom automations, and applications. We code these tools ourselves, according to each client's specific needs.
Support
All hardware comes with a minimum 2-year warranty, and our customer service is specialized in AI: it handles both hardware failures and issues where the model stops responding.
What you keep
- The relationship with your client. We will not solicit them for the rest of their IT needs. That is not our business.
- The network, workstations, backups, and security. The AI server and its automations integrate into the infrastructure you manage, according to your rules.
- The choice of your role. You can simply introduce us to the client, or lead the project yourself from start to finish.
Two ways to work together
| Option | How it works | For whom |
|---|---|---|
| Referral | You introduce us to your client. We handle the quote, delivery, and support directly, keeping you informed at every step. | You want to meet the need without spending time on it. |
| Reselling | We provide you with the installed machine and support. You offer it to your client as part of your own service package. | You want to maintain control over billing and include it in your contract. |
Terms are defined together, project by project. The easiest way is to talk about it for ten minutes over the phone.
How a first project unfolds
- A call. You describe the client to us: their industry, the number of people involved, and what they want to achieve with AI.
- A proposal. We send you a configuration and a quote, outlining what the machine will be able to do and what it will not.
- Assembly and preparation. We build the machine in our Auriol workshop, install the models and tools, and then test the whole system.
- Commissioning. The machine is delivered and connected to the client's network, with you present on-site or connected remotely.
- Follow-up. You remain the client's primary contact. For everything related to the machine or the AI, you call us.
Frequently asked questions from IT providers
Do we need AI skills on our end?
No. You know the client and their network; we know the machines, the models, and the development. If you wish to upskill, we will explain what we are installing and how to supervise it.
What can you concretely automate?
Email sorting and replying, customer service, searching through company documents, exchanges between software applications, and more broadly, any repetitive task that follows defined rules. We develop each automation on a custom basis.
Does the client's data leave their premises?
No. The models run on the machine installed at the client's site. The documents they entrust to the assistant are not sent to any online service.
Who bills the final client?
This depends on the chosen option. With a referral, we bill the client. With reselling, we bill you, and you bill your client.
Who provides support after installation?
You remain the client's regular contact. Our support team handles everything related to the machine and the AI: hardware, models, and updates to the installed tools.
Which companies are affected?
Primarily those handling confidential documents: law firms, notaries, accountants, healthcare professionals, engineering firms, and human resources departments. More generally, any company that wants to use AI without a subscription to an online service.
In what area do you operate?
Our workshop is in Auriol, between Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, and the Var. We deliver ourselves within the Bouches-du-Rhône and ship anywhere in France and Europe. Preparation and support can be handled remotely.
How much does a local AI server cost?
The price depends on the number of users and the models to be run. Each project is priced by quote to avoid selling the client a machine that is either too powerful or too small.
