The problem isn't the handover, it's what comes after
A complete assessment involves one hour of anamnesis, four to eight hours of handover, and one hour of feedback. Then comes the invisible part: transcribing quotation sheets, calculating scores, formatting, and facing the blank page of the anamnesis. This often happens in the evening, at home, after an already long day.
Online tools exist for this purpose. However, a report contains the identity of a patient who is often a minor, their medical and family history, their academic record, and their psychometric results. This constitutes health data under GDPR in its most sensitive category. The question is no longer whether AI can help, but where it processes your data.

It transcribes the intake interview
A conference microphone captures the interview with the parents or the patient. Transcription takes place on your machine, and no audio files are sent anywhere. An hour-long interview is transcribed in just a few minutes.
It drafts the medical history from this transcription
Raw text, including hesitations and unfinished sentences, is formatted into a professional report style in French. You then review and correct it. The goal is to eliminate the blank page, not the review process.
It fills out the patient file while you speak
Name, age, grade, reason for consultation: the header fields are populated based on what was said during the interview. Any inferred values are flagged so you can verify them instead of typing them in manually.
It reads your handwritten assessment sheets
A vision model converts images of quotation sheets, including scanned tables or those filled out by stylus, into actionable data. No more manual data entry from raw notes.
It calculates your scores and populates your template
Z-scores and rankings are calculated using deterministic code that can be manually verified. Narrative sections are then drafted based on this pre-calculated table and exported into your standard layout, including your logo and contact details. This is the application delivered to a neuropsychology clinic in 2026. The five tabs follow the actual workflow of the practitioner, from the initial interview to the final document export. Your version will include only the tabs you need, arranged in the order of your specific workflow.
Interview
Select your microphone, start the recording, and conduct the anamnesis as usual. You can also import a recording made elsewhere.
Once stopped, the audio is transcribed and drafted on this computer. The anamnesis appears at the bottom, editable before export. No data is sent over the internet, and this is clearly stated in the interface so you have full peace of mind when you click the button.
Patient File
This is the detail no one expects but which saves the most tedious data entry: the header fields are automatically populated based on what was said during the interview.
Name, age, grade, reason for consultation, laterality, and mentioned medical history: if the information was spoken into the microphone, it will appear in the correct field. Values derived from the transcription are visually highlighted so you can verify them at a glance instead of retyping them.
Scores
You enter the raw notes from your quotation sheets. The z-score and the final result are calculated instantly by code, not by a language model.
Navigation is entirely keyboard-driven: Enter moves to the next field, Shift+Enter returns to the previous one. You can complete an entire sheet without ever touching your mouse. A button then confirms the scores and generates the report based on the validated table.
Everything is custom-built. These screens show an application built for a specific firm, tailored to its specific framework, tests, and workflow. What AI does not do, and why
This is the most critical point of the project, and what distinguishes a serious solution from a flashy demo. A language model is probabilistic: it produces what looks like a plausible answer. For a z-score or a clinical ranking, this level of approximation is unacceptable. Therefore, the separation is strict.

Regarding GDPR: Processing data locally eliminates concerns regarding third-party transfers and hosting. You remain the data controller: you are responsible for maintaining the register, informing patients, securing your workstation, and obtaining consent before recording an interview. FAQ
Do I need an internet connection to use it?
No. Once installed, everything works offline. An internet connection is only required for updates and remote support, if you choose to use them.
Is there a subscription fee?
A subscription is only required if you choose the Démarrage plan. Even then, it is not a rental: the machine, the AI models, and the application belong to you upon delivery. The €29 monthly fee covers ongoing support, updates, additional tests, and framework enhancements, rather than a right to use the tool. With the Achat plan, there are no recurring costs.
What happens if I stop the monthly tracking?
Nothing stops. After the 24-month commitment period, you can cancel at any time. The station and the application will continue to function exactly as before, simply without updates or support. This is the key difference from online software, which stops working the moment your subscription ends.
What happens to the workstation after 5 years?
It will continue to function perfectly, and you can keep it for as long as you like. If you prefer to upgrade to a newer machine, we guarantee a trade-in value of 1,000 € after 5 years for a workstation in working condition.
Does AI write the diagnosis?
No, and this is a deliberate design choice. The application is strictly limited to describing results that have already been calculated, without formulating clinical hypotheses or recommendations. Interpretation remains entirely your responsibility.
What if my template is unique?
That is exactly our starting point. We work with your existing documents, including Excel files containing images and conversion tables in PDF format. The application is built around your specific methodology, not the other way around.
What happens in case of a technical issue?
Remote access software is installed, but it can only be activated when you decide. Additionally, the machine comes with our 2-year warranty.
Can this be adapted to other professions?
Yes. The logic remains the same: data entry, deterministic calculation, assisted drafting, and export into your template. It can be adapted for speech therapy, clinical psychology, general medicine, and expert consulting.
