The problem isn't the administration, it's what comes after
A full assessment involves one hour of anamnesis, four to eight hours of administration, one hour of feedback. Then comes the invisible part: copying scoring sheets, calculating scores, formatting, and the blank page of the anamnesis. Most often in the evening, at home, after an already long day.
Online tools exist for this. But a report contains the identity of a patient, often a minor, their medical and family history, their school records, and psychometric results. This is health data in the GDPR sense, in its most sensitive category. The question is no longer whether AI can help, but where it processes your data.

What the station does for you
It transcribes the anamnesis interview
A conference microphone captures the interview with parents or the patient. Transcription is done on your machine; no audio file is sent anywhere. An hour-long interview is transcribed in a few minutes.
It drafts the anamnesis from this transcription
The raw text, with its hesitations and unfinished sentences, is formatted into reported speech in professional French. You review and correct. The goal is to eliminate the blank page, not the review.
It fills in the patient record while you speak
Name, age, grade, reason for consultation: the header fields are filled based on what was said during the interview. Deduced values are flagged for you to verify instead of entering them manually.
It reads your handwritten scoring sheets
A vision model transcribes images of scoring sheets, including scanned tables or those filled with a stylus, into exploitable data. No more manual copying of raw scores.
It calculates your scores and fills your template
Z-scores and classifications are calculated by deterministic code, verifiable by hand. Narrative sections are then drafted from this already calculated table, then exported in your usual layout, including logo and contact details.
It answers your emails and follows up with your patients
Common inquiries about fees, schedules, and appointments receive an automatic response. Patients who haven't booked a follow-up or feedback slot are reminded without you having to think about it.
It lets you query your own documents
Your conversion tables, test manuals, and previous reports are indexed locally and searchable in natural language, still without a connection.

Interview
You choose your microphone, start recording, and conduct the anamnesis as usual. You can also import a recording made elsewhere.
When stopped, the audio is transcribed and then drafted on this computer. The anamnesis appears below, editable before export. Nothing is sent to the internet, and it's written in the interface to be clear when you press the button.
Patient Record
This is the detail nobody expects but which saves the most tedious entry: the header fields fill themselves automatically from what was said during the interview.
Name, age, grade, reason for consultation, laterality, mentioned antecedents: if the information was spoken into the microphone, it will appear in the correct field. Values deduced from the transcription are visually flagged for you to verify at a glance, rather than retyping them.
Scores
You enter the raw scores from your scoring sheets. The z-score and result are calculated immediately by code, not by a language model.
Navigation is entirely keyboard-driven: Enter moves to the next field, Shift+Enter returns to the previous. An entire sheet can be entered without touching the mouse. A button confirms the scores and starts drafting the report from the validated table.
Everything is custom-developed. These screens show an application built for a specific practice, with its template, tests, and way of working. Yours will be different: test batteries, titles, section order, exported document layout, existing tools to connect. We start from your existing documents and develop around them. If you have an idea during the project, we integrate it.
What AI doesn't do, and why
This is the most important point of the project, and what distinguishes a serious solution from an enticing demonstration. A language model is probabilistic: it produces what looks like a plausible answer. For a z-score or clinical classification, this approximation is unacceptable. The separation is therefore strict.

Regarding GDPR: processing data locally removes the issue of transfer to a third party and hosting. You remain the data controller: register, patient information, workstation security, and consent before recording an interview. Local AI greatly simplifies your compliance; it does not replace it.

Do I need an internet connection to use it?
No. Once installed, everything works offline. The connection is only used for updates and remote support, if you wish.
Is there a subscription fee once the station is purchased?
No. The machine, artificial intelligence models, and application are yours permanently. No subscription, no annual license, no cost per report produced. Nothing stops if you stop paying, since there's nothing to pay. You remain free to contact us later to evolve the application or increase the configuration's power, but these are ad-hoc and optional services.
Does the AI write the diagnosis?
No, and this is a design choice. The application is explicitly constrained to describe already calculated results, without formulating clinical hypotheses or recommendations. Interpretation remains entirely your responsibility.
What if my framework is unlike any other?
That is precisely the starting point. We start from your existing documents, including Excel files composed of images and PDF conversion tables. The application is built around your method, not the other way around.
What happens in case of a technical problem?
Remote access software is installed, which can only be activated when you decide. The machine also benefits from our 2-year warranty.
Is it transferable to another profession?
Yes. The logic remains the same: data entry, deterministic calculation, assisted writing, export into your framework. It is transferable to speech therapy, clinical psychology, private practice medicine, and expert assessment.
