Before ordering
It all starts with your actual use case. We ask which AI models you want to use, how many people will connect to the machine, and if you need an indexed document database.
Based on this information, we propose a tailored configuration. You can also adjust a machine directly in the online configurator, on each product page.

Assembly and delivery
Each machine is hand-assembled in our workshop. We then install the operating system and, if you wish, the complete artificial intelligence environment.
The machine undergoes load tests before shipment. We check temperatures, stability, and actual performance on AI tasks.

After installation

Do you deliver AI computers to Germany?
Yes, throughout the country. France and Germany belong to the European single market. There are therefore no customs formalities or import duties. The machine is shipped packaged and insured, a few days after assembly and testing.
Do you also deliver to Austria?
Yes, under the same conditions. Austria is also part of the European single market and uses the euro. No currency conversion is necessary.
In which language is support provided?
Our team provides support in English, French, and Dutch. Configuration advice, ordering, and after-sales service can be handled in English for German and Austrian customers.
Is the warranty valid in these two countries?
Yes. The 2-year warranty applies in Germany and Austria as in France. Our technical team responds within 3 working hours and arranges for support if necessary.
How does VAT work for a business?
A business with a valid intra-community VAT number can benefit from self-assessment. For individuals, the applicable VAT is indicated during the order. We always confirm the total amount in writing before shipment.
Are the machines delivered ready to use?
On request, yes. We install the inference engine, web interface, and models of your choice before shipment. You start the machine and use the AI immediately, with no technical configuration required.
What AI models can be used?
All major open models run on our machines: Qwen, Gemma, Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, and others. They run locally, without subscription and without data transmission.
Is on-site installation possible?
Yes, for server configurations intended for businesses and laboratories. It includes networking, environment configuration, and team training.
The indicated delivery times are indicative and depend on the chosen configuration as well as the carrier. The exact tax treatment is confirmed in writing before each shipment.
