The process
During the assessment, not in the evening
Many neuropsychologists already draft as they go through the assessment, sometimes with an online AI tool. Our station is used in the same way. The difference lies in where everything happens: on a machine located in your office, not on a provider's servers.
The interview is transcribed
A microphone picks up the exchange. The transcription and formatting of the anamnesis are done on the station.
The file is filled out
Name, age, grade, reason, mentioned history: header fields are completed based on what was said.
Scores are calculated
You enter the raw scores on the keyboard, test after test. Z-scores and rankings are displayed immediately.
The report is ready
Narrative sections are drafted from the validated table, within your framework. Only proofreading remains.

The station is installed in the practice and connected to your local network. It does the calculation work; your usual computers serve as the screen.

The two graphics cards allow for processing several reports at once. If the whole team starts a draft at the exact same second, the requests are queued and processed one after another in a few moments.

For comparison: an online drafting tool costs about €60 per month per practitioner. For a practice of 4, that's €14,400 over 5 years, excluding the computer, within an imposed framework, and with patient data on the provider's servers. With us, the same team costs €10,432 on a subscription basis or €13,472 with a one-time purchase, including the workstation, and then nothing left to pay.
Regarding GDPR: a report is health data within the meaning of the GDPR. Processing it on a machine in the practice eliminates the issue of transferring data to a third party and hosting health data. The practice remains the data controller: register, patient information, consent before recording an interview, and securing workstations. Local AI greatly simplifies this compliance; it does not replace it.
Practice questions
Is an IT specialist required on-site?
No. The workstation arrives ready to use: you connect it to your network, we perform the installation and configuration of each workstation remotely, followed by a handover session with your team.
What happens if several practitioners start a draft at the same time?
The workstation processes several requests in parallel thanks to its two graphics cards. Beyond that, requests are queued and processed one after the other. A draft only takes a few moments of calculation during a session of several hours, so waiting remains exceptional.
Can one practitioner see a colleague's files?
No, unless you decide so. Each practitioner accesses their own patients with their own account. Access rights are defined with you during installation.
What if a practitioner joins or leaves the practice?
We add their template to the same workstation without changing the machine, provided you remain within the capacity of the configuration. If they leave, we deactivate their access. If they were on a subscription, their subscription ends.
Can we mix subscription and purchase in the same practice?
Yes. Each practitioner chooses their plan. Many practices opt for a one-time purchase for partners and a subscription for associates.
Is an internet connection required?
No, not for working. Everything runs on the practice's local network. The internet is only used for updates and remote support, which you activate yourself whenever you need it.
What about backups?
Since files are stored at the practice, their backup is as well. We set up a regular backup with you on a device that you keep at the practice.
Does the AI write the diagnosis?
No, by design. The application describes results that have already been calculated, without formulating clinical hypotheses or recommendations. Interpretation remains the practitioner's responsibility.
Our practitioners have very different templates. Is that a problem?
That is precisely our starting point. We use everyone's existing documents, including Excel files and PDF conversion tables, and build the application around them.
