How do I buy/configure my PC for pickup on site?

  • 1. Set up your PC online

    Choose the PC that suits your needs, then select the desired options using our configurator.


    Once your configuration is finalized, add it to your cart by clicking on "Add to cart".


    Need help refining your configuration? Don't hesitate to contact us; we'll be happy to assist you and provide you with an offer.

  • 2. Order your configuration

    Once your configuration has been added to the cart, click on "Proceed to payment", then select "In-store pickup" and choose your payment method.


    You can also choose to pay in-store when your order is ready; you must select "Pay in-store once order is ready".


    For interest-free installment payments, this must be done online.

  • 3. Retrieve your PC

    As soon as your order is ready, you will receive an email (or an SMS if you only provided a phone number when placing your order).


    This message will contain all the necessary information: pickup address, opening hours, and a phone number to make an appointment or contact us if needed.

J'ai offert un ordinateur de chez radiance a lon fils pour Noël, je ne savais pas trop a quoi m attendre mais mon fils est plus que content de son ordinateur , les performances sont au rdv pour un prix vraiment concurrentiel par rapport aux autres entreprises su secteur , bref je recommande a 100% , un envoi rapide qui plus est et un emballage super sécuritaire , je reste bouche bée quand au rapport qualité prix. The preparation time depends on the PC you wish to build. It can range from 1 to 8 days, with an average of 5 business days. An estimated timeframe will be provided before you place your order, should you desire.

Can I trade in my old PC?

Yes, absolutely, just bring us your old PC when you pick up the new one and we'll make you an offer for the trade-in.
