The Eaton 5S 1500i is a UPS designed to effectively protect your IT and electronic equipment against power outages, micro-cuts, voltage variations, and power surges. Thanks to its line-interactive technology, the Eaton 5S 1500i integrates an automatic voltage regulation (AVR) that corrects voltage drops and surges without unnecessarily stressing the battery. This ensures a more stable power supply to your equipment while helping to extend battery life. The announced input voltage range is 175 to 275 V.
This model features 8 IEC outlets, including 4 outlets with battery backup and surge protection and 4 outlets with surge protection only, allowing you to connect multiple devices according to their priority level. It also includes a USB connection for communication with the computer, LED status indicators, as well as data line protection for phone / modem / network connections.
The UPS uses sealed lead-acid batteries, user-replaceable, with automatic battery testing and a cold start function, useful for powering on connected equipment even in the absence of mains power. Its compact tower format facilitates its integration under or next to a desk.
