The AMD EPYC™ 9655 is a 96-core / 192-thread server processor based on Zen 4, designed for very high-density cloud, virtualization, database, HPC, and micro-service workloads. On the SP5 platform, it combines 12 DDR5 ECC channels and up to 128 PCIe® 5.0 lanes, offering massive throughput, reduced latency, and leading power efficiency in both single-socket and dual-socket configurations.
