The AMD EPYC™ 9554 is a 64-core / 128-thread server processor (Zen 4 architecture) designed for high-density cloud, virtualization, database and HPC workloads. On the SP5 platform, it combines 12 channels of DDR5 ECC memory and up to 128 PCIe® 5.0 lanes, ensuring massive throughput, reduced latency, and excellent energy efficiency in both single-socket and dual-socket configurations.
