It extends the hardware coverage of your Radiance workstation to five years, while also including priority incident handling. In the event of a breakdown, all round-trip logistics costs are covered, including express transport for quick receipt of the equipment at our workshops.
Upon receipt, a thorough technical diagnosis is carried out within 12 working hours to reduce decision-making and intervention times. Subject to parts availability, repairs are completed within an average of 72 hours, in accordance with professional maintenance standards.
After repair and validation, the machine is re-dispatched to the customer by express transport within 24 hours, allowing for rapid and controlled resumption of production.
