This warranty extension extends the standard coverage of your Radiance workstation to three years, while including an accelerated support service in case of hardware incidents.
In case of malfunction, both outbound and return shipping costs are fully covered by Radiance Systems. The customer ships the machine via express service; it is received the next business day in our workshops.
Upon receipt, a complete hardware diagnosis is performed within 12 business hours, allowing for quick and accurate identification of the cause of the failure.
When the observed failure is covered by the warranty and the necessary components are available in stock, the repair is carried out within an average of 72 hours.
Once the intervention is completed, the workstation is returned to the customer via a 24-hour express transport service, in order to minimize business interruption.
This extension is aimed at professional users who wish to benefit from an enhanced level of service, without prolonged immobilization of their equipment.
