Return Period
You have 30 days from the receipt of your package to return an item.
Return or Exchange Procedure
If an item you purchased is not working or does not suit you, please contact us using the messaging system on our site or by email at retours@radiancegaming.co. Explain your issue and we will send you a return label to facilitate the process. You can drop off the item at a nearby collection point. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (checking that all components are still in the PC), we will refund you in full (including shipping costs).

Returnable Items
All our items, including sale items, can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. No items are excluded from our return policy.
