Return Period
You have 30 days from the receipt of your package to return an item.
Return or Exchange Procedure
If an item you purchased does not work or is not suitable, please contact us using our website's messaging system or by email at retours@radiancegaming.co. Explain your problem to us, and we will send you a return label to facilitate the process. You can drop off the item at a relay point near you. Once we have received the returned item and inspected it (checking if all components are still in the PC), we will issue a full refund (including delivery).
