Components: When you choose Radiance for your PC components, you also benefit from a solid warranty. The warranty duration for our components can vary from 1 to 5 years, depending on the specific product. We invite you to check the dedicated page for each component to know the exact number of warranty years it has.
Are you experiencing a problem with your computer after the warranty has expired?
Contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue and send you parts at the lowest possible price (factory price in most cases) or provide the necessary labor.
What to Do in Case of a Problem
If you encounter a problem with your Radiance PC, here is the procedure to follow:

- Return to You: Once the issue is resolved, we will send your PC back to you as soon as possible.
General Warranty Conditions
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or non-compliant modifications.
- Return shipping costs are covered by Radiance only during the warranty period.
