Warranty Duration
Gaming PCs: All our Gaming PCs are covered by a 2 to 3-year warranty. This warranty ensures that your machine is protected against any manufacturing defects for an extended period, allowing you to game with confidence.
Components: When you choose Radiance for your PC components, you also benefit from a solid warranty. The warranty period for our components can range from 1 to 5 years, depending on the specific product. We invite you to consult the dedicated page for each component to know the exact number of years of warranty attributed to it.
Are you experiencing a problem with your computer after the warranty has expired?
Contact us, and we will do our best to resolve your problem and send you parts at the lowest possible price (factory price in most cases) or provide the necessary labor.
What to Do in Case of a Problem
If you encounter a problem with your Radiance PC, here's the procedure to follow:
- Contact Us: Go to our contact page or send us an email to explain the problem you are experiencing. Our technical support team will guide you through the process.
- Diagnosis: We will perform a remote diagnosis to assess the situation and determine the best solution.
- Repair or Replacement: Depending on the severity of the problem, we will take the necessary steps to repair your PC or replace it if necessary.
- Product Return: If a repair or replacement is necessary, we will arrange for the return of your product. Shipping costs are covered by Radiance.
- Return to You: Once the problem is resolved, we will return your PC to you as soon as possible.

- The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or non-compliant modifications.
- Return shipping costs are covered by Radiance only during the warranty period.
